Scantool Remote Help

To get started with remote assistance, get on your scantool and be sure to download the latest teamviewer APK here..

In this form we require your information to create a receipt of the transaction for your support and will be emailed to you once the transaction is processed. We have a minimum of 2 hours for a service call. Any wire diagrams will have to be purchased to be able to share with you in a live session or sent to your scantool. This is a new service we are providing as requested by shops CLG Performance has helped over the years. Many modern android based scan tools should work with teamviewer. Im currently testing the waters to see who else needs remote support helping with coding, VIN programming, Oscilloscope waveform testing, and more. If you need help just fill out the form and schedule a time with us Monday - Friday 10AM to 3PM. Im limiting time of the day due to jobs I also have to get done as well. Once you fill out the form and schedule a time, please call 678-951-2847 or text that number to make sure I got your request to confirm your time.

Many of these services require a tech to be on the ready to cycle ignition keys, swap ECU or other modules, power reset or perform functions that require physical removal of parts or fuses so please keep an eye out on your phone for text messages or calls when on a remote session just in case of a dropped remote connection.
