Software and eligibility
CLG Cloudflare DDNS is Windows software that checks the computer's public IP address and updates existing Cloudflare A and AAAA records you select. You supply your Cloudflare account, domains and an API token with the required permissions. Use it only for accounts and records you are authorized to manage.
Purchases are offered to customers with a United States billing address in the 50 states or District of Columbia. Provide accurate billing and location information. Contact support before moving billing outside the supported area or if payment details do not match your software account.
Annual price and renewal
The annual base price is USD 19.99 plus applicable tax. Review the tax and total shown before paying. Creating a website account is separate from buying software access.
Choose either one year without automatic renewal or, when offered, automatic annual renewal. Manual purchase does not enable recurring billing. Automatic renewal charges the annual price and applicable tax each year until you cancel. Checkout requires your separate confirmation of automatic renewal.
An early manual renewal adds the next annual period after the existing paid period and preserves its anniversary. To prevent overlapping charges, a new automatic subscription cannot start while a manually prepaid period is still active. Your software account shows the confirmed paid-through date. Access is issued after the server verifies payment; returning from checkout alone is not payment confirmation.
Canceling automatic renewal
Sign in to My Software and select Stop automatic renewal. A paused subscription is not canceled; use the same control to stop its future renewal. Check for confirmation. Your already-paid access continues through its paid-through date.
If online cancellation is unavailable, send this cancellation request with your account email. We verify account ownership before changing billing. Sending a request is not itself cancellation confirmation. Contact us if confirmation does not arrive.
Uninstalling the app, forgetting its token or deactivating a computer does not cancel renewal. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions.
14-day full refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days after any annual charge, including renewal, without giving a particular reason. Email support@clgperformance.com with your account email and receipt or payment reference. Do not send card numbers, passwords, access tokens or your full registration key.
Refunds are processed through Square to the original payment method where supported, including tax collected for that payment. Your bank or payment provider determines when a processed refund appears. The refunded annual period no longer funds software access; the account may enter payment review while records are reconciled. Other payment and annual-period records are retained. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies still apply. This refund policy concerns DDNS software charges, not unrelated repair or membership purchases.
One computer, registration and keys
While access is valid, you may install and use the software for personal or business purposes on one active computer per license. You may keep a backup installer. Do not resell registration keys or share account credentials. To move activation, deactivate the old computer in My Software and register the replacement.
Use your current verified account email and registration key. The Windows app does not ask for your website password. Keys change with each annual period; an already activated computer retrieves the next eligible key during online validation. Early-renewal keys become current at the new period's start. Administrator-granted lifetime access has no recurring payment, but still has annual keys and the one-computer rule. A manually deleted key needs explicit administrator replacement.
Connectivity, local changes and updates
Initial activation requires online verification. A previously authorized installation can use signed cached authorization for at most 24 hours, capped by its paid/key deadline. An explicit online denial clears that cache. Deactivation or revocation cannot instantly recall a disconnected computer's existing signed allowance.
The app requires a working internet connection, reachable licensing and Cloudflare services, and a running, awake Windows computer with .NET Framework 4.8. The optional service can run without a signed-in user. Service management and hosts-file changes require Windows administrator permission. Dynamic DNS does not configure routers, open ports or remove carrier-grade NAT.
The Cloudflare token is protected locally and sent directly to Cloudflare. Review selected records and proposed changes. The hosts editor affects only that Windows computer and creates a backup. Official update information is publisher-signed; the app checks the website, signature and file digest. You choose whether to run an installer; the service does not launch one.
